The design focused on creating a more cohesive flow throughout the home while enhancing both beauty and everyday usability. Key improvements included a fully reconfigured kitchen designed for modern living, a flexible family room that can easily adapt to the homeowners’ changing needs, and a newly created office that adds valuable space for work, organization, and daily life.
Every detail was approached with intention, from the carefully selected finishes to the precise installation and craftsmanship carried throughout the home. The result is a fresh, polished, and welcoming residence that feels both timeless and practical—a home designed not only for the present, but for years of lasting comfort and enjoyment.

Our client envisioned a sunroom that provided an unobstructed year-round view of Chambers Lake, featuring wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass with perfect symmetry and alignment.

of this project is the expansive 1200 square-foot deck built with luxurious Wolf Silver Teak deck boards. The underlit dark border and skirting radiate modern elegance while offering durability suitable for outdoor living.

To elevate the ambiance, stunning LED light strips are concealed atop the beams of the sunroom. These lights cast a soft, inviting glow as evening descends, creating a perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining guests.
The deck’s stairs gently lead down to the lush grass, inviting leisurely strolls towards the shimmering waters of Chambers Lake.
